Curvaceous Ladies - Ready To Feel Fantastic

Question - Are you aware that today's woman is about 5' 4" and a size 14?

If you are a plus size woman, you can feel left out in the cold after seeing all those skinny girls on the TV, bill boards etc.

Follow these suggestions/tips - you'll soon start loving your curves:-

1. They say retail therapy works a treat and it sure does - take some time for you and pamper yourself!! Get a few of your girl friends, have shopping spree, lunch and a treatment go on a new hair cut or a manicure makes you feel brilliant.

2. Do some exercise and have fun - enjoy yourself I'm sure the dog will love you been taken out for a long walk (just wrap up warm in the cold weather and take a drink of water in the hot weather), make new friends by visiting your local gym and see what classes are available! You'll soon see you energy levels and vitality grow.

3. One of the best ways to increase your own self confidence is sexy underwear. treat yourself with a sexy, new full figure bra and matching briefs. Indulge yourself in a new, sexy bra and matching panties. Since self image is all about loving yourself, how better to love yourself than to treat yourself to gorgeous lingerie?

4. Show off your best features whether it's your shoulders, bottoms, cleavage, curves or legs look at the stare to see how they do it seemingly effortlessness!! Take Beyonce, Cameron Diaz or Penelope Cruz they all know which lingerie works for them and how to work it.

5. Let go of dieting and surround yourself with friends who are interested in whom you are rather than what dress size you are. Embrace your curves and love you voluptuousness let the world open up for you.

6. The Flora London Marathon has given many of us some incentive to get active not only to improve our fitness levels and well-being but to give us that good feeling'. Doing 30 minutes a day brisk walking is fantastic exercise and this is the best time of year to start what beats going for an early morning or evening walk in the spring time?

7. Go on - treat yourself to a special pamper day with friends (you deserve it!!)? Check out your local spas and retreats for any special offers that they may be running what could be better than relaxing by the pool side, steaming in the sauna, receiving a full body massage followed by a mouth watering meal with your close friends you're worth it!

8. It's time to start shaping up for your summer break not only will you feel better but you'll look FANTASTIC try exercise that it enjoyable and fun such as family game of cricket, bike riding with friends or taking part in a Charity Fun Run/Walk.

9. Part of improving your self image and embracing your body is being proud and showing yourself off. Learn which styles flatter your best features - remember, finding the right clothes is never about the size, it's about measurements and cut.

10. Ensure you are wearing the right size bra, so that you get excellent support and an impressive flattering shape.

11. Stick to smooth bras for wearing under fitted or sheer tops as these are best for not showing through these coloured tops.

12. Wear streamline or fitted shapes - more flattering than baggy clothes. Choose tops with seams or darts under the bust - these will define your waist and make you look slimmer.

13. Stretch fabrics like knits and cotton Lycra are great if you want to emphasise your shape, but remember to wear a plain or smooth bra underneath tighter tops.

14. It is important to choose round, scooped and V-necklines as they tend to be more flattering for bigger boobs than high necklines.

Sailaway To Adventure

Have you ever dreamt about sailing away to adventure in your own sailboat and exploring the oceans of this beautiful planet of ours? The excitement, the freedom, the sheer joy of sailing and visiting the myriad exotic places along the way? hawaii, The Caribbean, san Blas Islands, south America, The Galapagos Islands, Marquesas, French Polynesia, Tonga, and on to New Zealand and australia. These are but a few and the list is endless.

Can you feel the excitement, following months of planning, of finally setting off on yur first pasage? The exultation of leaving port for the first time on the first leg of your adventure of a lifetime? Believe me it is a wonderful feeling setting off, knowing that you have months ahead of you to sail the oceans with absolutely no restrictions, free to sail where your fancy takes you. And, as you leave behind you, all those limitations of land living - work, the day to day affairs, traffic congestion, city living, pollution and more - a weight will lift away from you and it will be replaced, slowly at first, by a growing and wondeful sense of freedom. As you take the first drafts of fesh air deep into your lungs, filling them to the bottom, you will come to realise their is no substitute in this world for it.

If this is your dream, or you are already planning your adventure, or already doing it, then you will gain benefit from my '101 Dollar Saving tips for Sailors'. Most of us are on a budget and would like to save where we can. My '101 Dollar Saving tips for Sailors' could save you hundreds, even thousands of dollars during the duration of your voyage. Many of 'The Tips' are things you would never think about before setting sail, but have been gathered together during my four year voyage of sailing 'The Dream' to all the exotic destinations mentioned above.

I have two reasons for encouraging you to begin your odyssey, and the first is that so many folks spend their life dreaming about it but for a whole host of reasons, never get around to beginning. This is very sad - to miss out on one of the most wonderful life experience one could hope for just because they cannot pass that first mental hurdle - my job is to help you get over that.

Secondly, and this is tied into global Warming and Climate change. There may be a time coming in the future when a tip like this may be more restricted. We have little control over this in the short term, but we do know right now that we can set sail knowing the weather is still our friend, and are able to visit all of these wonderful destinations.

So now is the time to begin and start your planning - remember the great Nike tag line? 'Do it Now', don't put it off - you will never regret beginning and then you will wonder why you never started sooner.

The Best Golf Warm Up Techniques

Warming up before a game of golf is important especially if you are new to a course and want to play your best. Most people warm up at the driving range or warm-up area provided by the golf course. If you are tempted to skip the warm-up session and begin playing, you not do as well as you want to because muscles need time to stretch irregular use. Since you probably don't golf everyday, you will be using muscles that are seldom used otherwise, so warming up is important for your body and your golf game.

There are many ways that people prepare themselves for a game of golf. They practice their golf swing using irons, woods, and putters, they put themselves in a positive mood by emphasizing what they are good at and ignoring their faults. many times the reason you are not playing up to your potential is because you aren't mentally prepared. putting yourself in a good mood can help you focus and concentrate on playing a good game.

For any golfer, taking the time to warm up is a way to relax. It is not the time to use clubs you have not used before or try a new stance. When you are taking lessons or hitting golf balls at the driving range, then you can try new techniques. Warm up with your best swings so you can use the momentum to play well during the actual game.

While waiting for your turn at the tee, visually see yourself performing well. this will prepare you for any obstacles along the way. You should also determine which way the wind is blowing, what the conditions of the course are like, and how the course is laid out if you have never played it before. this information will help you set up your shot so you can begin the game on a high note.

As you become better at the game of golf, you may want to alter your warm up strategy. this is fine as long as you use the time wisely. If you have a weakness you know you have to conquer, planning your game strategy while warming up can help you focus on overcoming your weakness by replacing it with something positive. Because you know when during the game your weakness will come up, you can plan ahead during the warm up session. Using a different club, using a slice to your advantage, or learning more about the course are all ways to compensate for issues you have on the course. Remember that golf is different from checking apartments with real estate agents in the Costa Blanca. You will have formidable opponents in the game so prepare accordingly.

Vince Paxton routinely writes publications on things dealing with costa Blanca and Elche. His observations on real estate agents in the costa blanca can be found on http://www.alicante-spain.com in addition to other web sites.

Cycling Holidays - Vacations

Do you enjoy cycling so much that you take your bike on holidays/vacations? If you are one of these people, that is great! If you have just thought about it, yet have not done it that is fine too.

I have personally taken my bike on some holidays/vacations with me. They were short, long weekend, holidays but I have still done it.

The most memorable experience I can think of was the time some friends and I plus our families went to a place called Mormon Lake in Arizona.

I remember it well because it was late spring or early summer so the weather was wonderful. We got there the night before and camped out. The following morning was an overcast day. It was looking like it was going to rain. We all decided to go on a ride anyway.

We were on our way around the lake! The scenery was very beautiful with green trees providing a canopy over the road. The grass was green, long and gently swaying in the breeze.

On our ride around the lake we realized the whole way the roads were wet but we had not been rained on. Once we got back to our camping spot our families told us that the rain had been ahead of us the whole time. So we were able to enjoy a wonderful ride without being rained on!

I think I remember this ride because of the scenery yet also because it was my first biking holiday/vacation. The ride was great and the weather was particularly wonderful.

We all had a great time riding and spending some time together.

It is always nice to get away from the city traffic or your normal riding routes and enjoy a change of scenery.

There are a variety of places that you can get away and enjoy a pleasant bike ride. You might know of some good places you have wanted to try out.

If you can afford to go outside your own country there are great places to ride in Italy and along the northern California coast. If you look hard enough there are great places to ride near and far from where you might live.

You might be thinking do I have to take my own bike or can I just rent one and the answer is you can do either. Dont let anything stop you from experiencing new and exciting places to ride.

The choice is yours as to how far you would like to go away from home.
